When I want just a small snack I always look for something easy but flavourful... This morning I tried one recipe from Martha Stewart website just instead of prosciutto I used smoked turkey breast sliced very thinly ( it was already sliced in a supermarket). I tried this recipe with two different sauces. The first was with balsamic vinegar ( boil balsamic vinegar until it thickens for about 5 min.) and the other was pomegranate and lemon juice! To tell you the truth both sauces worked really well and I absolutely enjoyed my lovely snack which took only a few minutes to make... Thanks Martha!!!
What we need ( original recipe):
a slice of proscuitto
2 spoons of balsamic syrup ( balsamic vinegar boiled for 5 min)
What we have to do:
1. Slice the pear.
2. Shape the proscuitto into a 'rose' and place next to the pear.
3. Add ground pepper and sprinkle balsamic vinegar.
