Recently I watched Jamie Oliver show The Ministery of Food and at the very beginning of the show they showed one little girl and she was telling what she usually eats... kebab, french fries, fish fingers and so on... Somewhere in the middle of the show there was one woman and she was asked why she started her own small garden. Her answer was, 'My daugter asked how the kebab trees looked like!' That was shocking... young British generation have no idea where the food comes from. Luckily I was raised in a Lithuanian countryside and every summer I used to help my mother in her garden. I must admit, not my favourite activity at all... but anyway, when I look back at those times... only the best feelings come to my mind... Below, there are some vegetable photos taken last summer at my mother's!
