Chicken to celebrate Spring!!!!

Finally the spring arrived! I believe that the weather will improve soon too... So for Sunday dinner I made a chicken with a touch of Indian spices and rosemary ( but just because I love this herb!!!). 

What we need:

1 chicken

2tbsp of dijon mustard

1 tea spoon of coriander seeds

1 tea spoon of cumin

3 cardamon seeds

1 tea spoon of nutmeg

1 lemon ( zest and juice)

2 tbsp of yoghurt

salt and pepper

some rosemary

carrots and onion ( for stuffing - optional)

What we have to do:

1. Clean the chicken. Cut out the fats if you want.

2. Mix yoghurt, mustard, crushed spices, lemon zest and juice, salt and brush the chicken and leave it for 4-5 hours. 

3. Sprinkle some rosemary ( optional) and stuff the chicken with chopped onion and carrots seasoned with some salt and pepper. Cauliflower would be great as well!!!

4. Put the chicken into a baking bag, make holes in the bag. Place it into an oven in 180C for about 50 min. Serve with your favourite side dish!!!
