Grilled lemon fish
What we need:
1 fish ( I used Turkish levrek)
1 tbsp of olive oil
What we have to do:
1. Clean the fish, season with chopped rosemary and pepper. Drizzle some lemon juice. Add salt just before grilling. Cut the fish in three places and put some more fresh rosemary into the fish.
2. Preheat the girll and put the fish on. Brush with some olive oil, just to get crispy skin. Grill for 6 min on each side. Total time - about 12 min. Next to the fish grill some lemon halves.
3. Clean some rocket lettuce, chop if necessary. Add some salt and pepper, lemon juice and olive oil. Serve with fish and grilled lemon! Enjoy!!!
