Grilled lemon fish

This time I decided to try the simples way of preparing the fish - just salt, pepper, lemon and rosemary. And let the smoke do its job...

What we need:

1 fish ( I used Turkish levrek)
1 lemon
fresh rosemary
black pepper
1 tbsp of olive oil
rocket lettuce

What we have to do:

1. Clean the fish, season with chopped rosemary and pepper. Drizzle some lemon juice. Add salt just before grilling. Cut the fish in three places and put some more fresh rosemary into the fish.
2. Preheat the girll and put the fish on. Brush with some olive oil, just to get crispy skin. Grill for 6 min on each side. Total time - about 12 min. Next to the fish grill some lemon halves.
3. Clean some rocket lettuce, chop if necessary. Add some salt and pepper, lemon juice and olive oil. Serve with fish and grilled lemon! Enjoy!!!

  1. That looks healthy. I like to put my fish into a foil packet and let it steam on grill. If you want to try more recipes or if you want to take a look at the collection of tips I have for grilling you can visit www.cookingandgrillinoutdoors.com
