I guess most of you have tried Nicosian salad in some period of your life. First time I tried them not in an exiting way - was going home and on the way I bought ready made nicosian salad fom one of the supermarkets in LT. When I was already eating them at home I thought what a nice flavour, just it didn't look that nice!!! So I make these salads at home every now and then and I love it!!! But this time I made pizza with a topping that is actually very similar to Nicosian salad. And again it tasted great!!! For the dough I traditionally used the same dough, which is always a success.
What we need:
for the topping:
2 cans of tuna fish in oil
50 gr of boiled green beans
about 10 olives
1 small onion
3 cherry tomatoes
1 lemon
60 gr of grated cheese
salt and pepper to taste
fresh rosemary ( optional)
1 tbsp of dijon mustard
What we have to do:
1. With your hands shape the pizza pad. Make some holes with a fork.
2. Spread mustard with a spoon.
3. Add grated cheese.
4. Then add drained tuna fish.
5. Put green beans ( I boiled for 3 min beforehand).
7. Add some salt and pepper.
8. Bake in a preheated oven ( 200C) for about 20 min.
