What we need:
chicken breast cut in halves
smoked paprika powder
dried tomato in olive oil
garlic
lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
some green peppers
For sumak onion relish:
onion
1 teaspoon of sumak
parsley
salt and pepper
lemon juice
a drizzle of olive oil
What we have to do:
1. Blend dried tomatoes in olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika and lemon juice. Spread the mix over chicken breasts.. Leave for half an hour and grill for 7 min on each side. Grill some green or red peppers to serve.
