Turkey burger for Saturday
Burgers don't have to be too fatty and unhealthy! Just use ground turkey and skip the white bread, then you won't feel guilty by adding a drop of mayonaise or ketchup! :)
What we need:
400gr of ground turkey
salt and pepper
1 onion
2 tbsps of breadcrumbs
2 tbsp of mayonaise
thyme
chilli
olive oil
some vegetables for serving
What we have to do:
1. Put ground turkey in a bowl, add a good pinch of salt and black pepper, mayonaise, breadcrumbs and fried onion. Mix it all together, add thyme and chilli pepper. Shape 3-4 burgers and put them in a fridge for 20 minutes.
2. Pre-heat the grill, brush it with some olive oil and put the burgers on. Fry for 5 minutes on each side.
3. Serve with some sliced or chopped vegetables, a drop of tomato ketchup and mayonaise. If you really want, have some toasted buns. Enjoy!

Homemade veggie burgers are the best. And I know these aren't exactly veggie burgers, but they aren't beef so I kind of think of them in the same way :)
