Two cabbage coleslaw


Whenever you need quick crunchy salad, this could be a great choice. It's really low in calories and cholesterol and high in fibre.

What we need:

1/2 white cabbage
1/2 red cabbage
a handful of dill
1 red onion or some chives

for dressing:

3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
salt and black pepper

What we have to do:

1. Finely shred the cabbages, chop the dill and onion with a sharp knife. Place in a large bowl and toss well to mix.
2. For the dressing, whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Pour over the cabbage salad and toss to mix. Leave to marinate for at least 20 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Reikia:

1/2 baltojo kopusto
1/2 raudonojo kopusto
saujele krapu
1 raudonasis svogunas

padazui reikes:

3 v.s. alyvuogiu aliejaus
1 v.s. sezamo seklu aliejaus
2 v.s. balzaminio acto
2 v.s. grudetuju garstyciu
druskos ir juoduju pipiru

Kaip gaminame:

1. Su astriu peiliu supjaustome kopustus, svoguna ir krapus. Sudedame i dubeni ir ismaisome.
2. Padazui sumaisome visus ingridientus, pagardiname druska ir juodaisiais pipirais pagal skoni.
3. Uzpilame padaza ant kopustu salotu, gerai ismaisome. Paliekame pasimarinuoti bent jau 20 minuciu ir tada jau skanaujame!
