( makes 2 pizzas)
What we need:
200ml warm water
5 gr active dry yeast
2 tbsp olive oil
for the topping:
about 10 various tomatoes
salt and pepper
a handfull of fresh basil
50gr other favourite cheese ( I used turkish orgru peynir)
What we have to do:
1. Mix all dough ingredients and knead it for about 5 min. The dough should be soft and not sticky. Let it raise for 1 hour. Then knead it again for 2-3 min and form your pizza pad.
2. Arrange your tomatoes on your grill or a baking tray and roast them in the oven (180C) for about 15 min or on the grill for about 7-8 min. Peel the tomatoes.
3. Preheat the oven until 200C.
5. Bake in the oven for 30 min and then add somo more fresh basil leaves. Serve and enjoy!
